  • Do I need to make an appointment with Blue Stone Spa in advance?

    At Blue Stone Spa, we do prefer our clients to schedule appointments in advance. However, we do accept walk-ins when our schedule allows.

  • Are there any age requirements for services?

    The spa’s massage and esthetics services for minors are available at the discretion of the parent/guardian. All minors must have a parent/guardian in the building for the duration of the appointment. Blue Stone Spa does our best to schedule minors with a same-sex provider if possible unless otherwise instructed by the parent/guardian. Parents/guardians will be emailed intake forms and are required to complete them.

  • Where is parking located?

    Parking is available behind the building. The spa entrance is in the front. There is a handicap ramp available for easy accessibility. 

  • What is Blue Stone Spa’s cancellation policy?

    A same-day cancellation will result in a 50% charge. No-call no-shows are charged 100% of the service.

  • How early should I arrive at Blue Stone Spa before my scheduled appointment?

    So that your appointment starts on time, please arrive 15 minutes early. This allows plenty of time for updating forms, using the restroom, and relax in our waiting area before your services begin. Failing to arrive early may result in a shortened service due to any necessary form updates.
